CSR Sustain was established in 2008 to provide energy assessment services to property professionals throughout the UK in providing compliance energy assessments and audits mandated under the Energy Performance in Buildings Directive (EPBD), and Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES).
The team is led by Managing Director Gary Cleary, supported by Technical Director Craig Kefford and Operations Manager Michelle Booth. We have been providing compliance documentation such as EPCs and DECs and Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44) since 2008. We are known as a no nonsense, reliable provider with the experience of dealing with all manner of building and energy compliance related issues. We have developed to provide bespoke energy audits, consultancy roles including CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme and now provide support as ESOS Lead Assessors and MEES consulting.
Operating nationally, we have developed a national team of associates who supports us with volume assignments and offer a high level of consultancy services to meet the ever increasing demand for C02 reduction targets, fuel cost savings, design stage assessments and funding applications for renewable technologies. We welcome enquiries for all energy related audits and consultancy services and actively seek to work in a partnering arrangement with all our clients.
We pride ourselves on providing “flexible solutions to complex problems”.
We work for individuals, developers, property portfolio owners, facilities managers, M & E consultancies through to institutional investors in providing flexible solutions to comply with the appropriate legislation.
We provide help and advice in interpreting all of the current and forthcoming energy performance in buildings regulatory legislation and identify relevant issues affecting given scenarios and advise property professionals accordingly. We can deal with all levels of enquiry starting with simply benchmarking a property’s energy efficiency and providing certification leading on to detailed analysis of the energy use by monitoring and targeting current fuel usage not only on a buildings performance but in processes and transportation in turn leading to recommendations in reducing both CO2 emissions and cost savings. Individuals and organisations have to make sure that they meet and stay up-to-date with these regulations and changing legislation.
Here at CSR Sustain, We are experts at tackling complexity and providing flexible solutions for our clients.
